A passionate business strategist with a heart for helping organizations develop the skills and systems they need to thrive, Kaylah's drive for continuous improvement and keen business acumen have enabled her to quickly establish her presence in the business strategy and operations landscape.
As a Caribbean American with strong ties to St. Croix, USVI and Antigua and Barbuda, Kaylah developed an early interest in the intersection of people, culture and societal change. She graduated from Marymount University with a Bachelors in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. She then furthered her education at Radford University earning a Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology. She is also a Prosci Certified Change Manager and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
After graduation, Kaylah wasted no time delving into the world of business strategy and operations. She spent nearly a decade of her career building a wealth of consulting and management experience with a Big 4 firm and other leading organizations. She now brings that experience to her clients with the goal of helping them evolve their operations and thrive through her company, Thrive Business Solutions, LLC.
